    Just one? Are you serious? You do know that novel has been called a "novel of ideas", right? Or perhaps not.

    It has been a while since I read it, but what I got out of the novel was this:

    We can lie to ourselves all we want, but ultimately only the truth can set us free. There is a peace of mind that comes with telling the truth, especially when the lie in question eats at your soul, that even harsh consequences can't outweigh.

    I remember that saying in the film taken from the story(If there is no GOD,every thing(sin)is allowable.)
