What soda or sweet beverages are popular in Russia?

Question by snns3: What soda or sweet beverages are popular in Russia and surrounding republics?
I am doing extra credit for my high school Russian class.
To get the extra credit we must bring in some samples of typical Russian food and drink but it has to be like..distinctly Russian (like..No Coca-Cola..something that is very Russian made..not internationally known)..and obviously no alcohol since I am in US so this means no kvass even

Ok so Russians…have you ever had these sodas before? If yes…which is the best?

And also…what type of food/snack should I bring?
I was thinking pelmeni but I really suck at making them and so does my mom (who is lithuanian)…

Should I order some frozen ones and then cook them? Do those taste alright?
