As the name implies, Destalinization means removing remnants of Stalinism. No other person did so much to do that as Nikita Khrushchev, although one could argue Gorbachev did more in that regard.
In its strictest sense, Destalinization is attributed to Krushchev as he was the direct ruler after Stalin's death and many of his policies seemed to be quite radical at the time.
From the question, you can eliminate Gorbachev since he was not a dictator. Also, Lenin doesn't fit typical "dictator" definition as most of the decision was made by Soviet narcom meeting of that time, even he had undue personal influence.
