You shouldn't drink a cut rate Vodka like Skyy with something so high class like caviar. I would suggest that at a minimum you go for something like Grey Goose or Belvedere and it is probable that you are going to need to use a potato vodka that will be incredibly smooth, Essentially, if you are not dropping more than $ 40 on a fifth, then you're not getting the right Vodka for caviar, hate to break it to you like that

Hard alcohol is going to have a kick no matter what brand you get. Sounds like you've got a lot more experience eating weird shit than you do being a man. If you can't handle a swift kick in the nuts from some good ol' straight liquor, you should try something a little gayer like a cosmopolitan or maybe some wine coolers or something.
