Question by Blithe D: What’s this Russian dish?
My friend’s babushka made me this sweet pasta in a casserole dish. It was macaroni baked in a sweet cream sauce which kind of tasted like condensed milk. I asked her what it was but she only speaks Russian so I am at a loss. Does anyone know what this dish is called?

It sounds a lot like Noodle kugel- which is typically known as a jewish dessert. It is delicious warm! Try looking on Recipezaar.com for recipes.
