http://www.gutenberg.org If you only put ‘Pushkin’ (without quotation marks) you’ll find yourself on a Russian-language page (once you choose Pushkin out of what Project Gutenberg shows).
If your Google toolbar is up, you’ll see “Translation” in the upper right on that toolbar. Click on it and all there is then in English. I didn’t explore very far there. I do see you are right on for Pushkin’s Anniversary: 210th, it looks like.
http://www.alexanderpushkin.com This looks like a good site. The registration is free, though I messed up my own and didn’t get past the ‘log-in’ because I forgot what I’d put in to register. I was just finding out if it was free – and it is.
I explored what I could for you there and didn’t find “The Gypsies” but that doesn’t mean it isn’t there at all.

That says ‘The Gypsies (poem)’ and if I were you and knew all about this poem already, only wanting to read it in English and possibly download it, I would hit the end key and follow the blue link to ‘Partial translation of The Gypsies’.
There, on a homepage dedicated to Pushkin, the poem is listed under ‘G’ – so all you have to do is scroll down a touch to see it and then its ‘Part 2’.
If you use copy and paste, this may do.
If all of this doesn’t work for you, I suggest you call the reference librarian at the main branch of your local library.
Ask him or her how to download this particular poem. Have your library card ready and don’t forget to ask what charge may be put against it for the download.
Good luck.
