Try looking up the Russian Red Army Choir. Those guys are famous choral singers from the Soviet Union who sang songs just like the one you’re asking about, such as “Farewell of Slavianka” and “There March The Soldiers.” I dunno what they’re saying, but the music is amazing!

There is a publication of Russian Folk music which has a simplified transliteration of the Russian (not official IPA style). I think it is the best thing you will find although I do not recommend the arrangements as they are overly simple. Either do your own arrangement or search for one done earlier in the century (Rachmaninoff wrote one, I believe, and possibly also Stravinsky)
