Gorky Park is Moscow, Russia.
It is situated south of central Moscow ul. Krymsky Val.
It is the most famous of all Moscow's public parks and gardens spanning about 300 acres running about 3km along the Moskva River.
It was named after Russian author Maxim Gorky and was first opend in 1928 but it wasnt until 1933 that it was truly established by the Soviets.
It is a beutiful place with rollercoaster rides, a giant ferris wheel, parkland, lakes,even an auditorium and the original Buran spacecraft .
My wife took me there in the winter it was incredible the lakes become a giant ice rink, for me as a Chef I love the annual Moscow Ice Sculpture Festival.
