Why Russia wants to hamper the development of Moldova?

Question by : Why Russia wants to hamper the development of the Republic of Moldova?
Russia rose the prices of gas for Moldova. Now they blocked the import of wine ( though Moldovan wine is better than Russian). All this it’s because Moldova changed its orientation from CSI to EU. What’s the next step? How to prevent this?
